Mission:

The mission of Volunteers of Woodstream (VOW) is to provide support to the ministries of Woodstream Church in assisting them to achieve their goals.

The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.

Vision:

There is so much work to be done in for the kingdom and so few laborers. The vision of the Volunteers of Woodstream (VOW) is to be the support that every ministry needs. Too often ministry leaders and laborers are burdened unnecessarily with responsibilities that are all ours to share. God has given us all unique personalities and gifts to be used for his glory. Anything that is used in a manner it is originally intended does not become overburdened.

The way that we give more to the Lord is when we don't have much to give. The less we have to give, the more valuable our gifts become.

Your Time Is Your Gift

Luke 21:1-4

1.As Jesus looked up, he saw the rich putting their gifts into the temple treasury. 2.He also saw a poor widow put in two very small copper coins. 3Truly I tell you, he said, this poor widow has put in more than all the others. 4.All these people gave their gifts out of their wealth; but she out of her poverty put in all she had to live on.
